Presentation Tool

Prezi

Everyone likes making their presentations look fancy, impressive and eye catching to people they are presenting too. The more boring the presentation the quicker it is to get side tracked and not pay attention to it. So to make your presentation more presentable, you can use Prezi. Prezi is a presentation tool that gives presentations a whole new meaning to the word. Its exciting, creative and totally different than what you have actually seen.
Prezi has two options which is you can either pay for it or it is free which is also good if you cannot afford it every month but still want to have a solid presentation. The way you start Prezi is with a template of what you believe would fit your presentation well.  Or you can also start with a blank slate, but truthfully it’s always much more easier to use a template.  So after you have started the project, there is this huge map that they give you. Then you click on a circle or the box that they give you and you begin your adventure. Then in the box that they give you write what you want to say, and then you can pick your path in the presentation of where you wanna go. It zooms in and out and makes the whole thing more presentable to people.
Prezi is very dominate in businesses and schools. Education is key to our whole country, without it where would be, so to make it non-boring you have to have a creative and fun way to reach out to the kids of all ages. As the BBC article states “your students will feel like they are transported into a “world” that you have designed yourself.” which it really is like whole nother different world, it makes kids more excited to learn. Also another really cool feature for Prezi is that you can use your notes that you were going to use for PowerPoint and transfer them into Prezi, so you have less work on your hands.
Prezi should be use for business meetings , for education and for many other things. It adds some sort of flare to the presentation instead of having you fall asleep to a boring regular one.

What Drives you to Google Drive?

                                                                         Google Drive

Google Drive for us is very beneficial to our society today, kids from all different schools use Google Drive. Google Drive is pretty much a flash-drive that you can't lose. Google Drive saves everything you create automatically  saves and you don't have to press the save button constantly during the creation you you are making it about. Google Drive actually makes everything a lot easier.
Google Drive is pretty much the same as Microsoft, you can make documents and edit them, make them look professional or fun, change the font and the size of the text. The thing is with Google Drive, you can do so much for. Lets just said if I was working on an essay with someone, I can share it with them and we can work on it at them same unlike word which you can only have one person working on it. Also with word you can only work on it with the same computer, unless you have a flash-drive to bring the document back and forth, which is not as convenient as having it on every computer you can possibly imagine. That goes with all the Google Drive apps, they are everywhere you go. Anyone who share the document with can edit it or they can highlight something and write that you need to fix it or right a comment about the sentence. Google Drive is more efficient then word or any other document place. All you need to do is sign up with your email and then you have google drive.
Google Drive helps with businesses. They can help make a presentation standout and plus its easy to use in general with all of the apps right there in front of you. Also if you did it on another presentation program and you forgot your flash-drive you are pretty much done with and it looks unprofessional to your boss. But if you have Google Drive then you can just sign in to google and it will come up. If you are doing a document with someone else with someone across the world, you can easily share it and then you can use the little chat box at the bottom of the document. You are bringing people together with this program, you are bringing something bigger to the world and connecting two worlds together in a sense.
Another thing is that it helps with education for multiple reasons. There is forums that teachers can use and have the kids do a self-quiz and they would get immediate feedback from the teacher their self. There is also presentations to make everything more eye-catching and more entraining for kids to look at. There are spread sheets and all of this other stuff to make the kids get involved them in technology and looking more into the world its self.
With Google drive we are bringing the world together and making connections through technology, even though it could be that you are just working on a document or a slide show it doesn't matter because it works. So what drives you to Google Drive.

Are You Linkedin?

                                                               Linkedin

Linkedin is a social app to help you find the job that you always wanted. People through out this app can find your profile, look at your credentials and find out what kind of job you want or what fits into your field that you want to obtain. There is a place where you can find connections and those connections can have connections that can get you a job somewhere or field that you need to be in. Also if you put in your education and what job you want they have something where is leads you to the prefect college that has the best program for you.
According to the "Search Engine Journal", you need to learn how to promote yourself through Linkedin to gain those connections and those jobs. For business wise, this is the best and safest way to get to your dream job and for multiple reasons too. You don't have photos that can harm your career. Your profile looks professional and clean to show off all of your best qualities for that job you are looking for in your area.
In the article from CVCentre, they discuss how all the mangers or HR is on Linkedin, waiting for someone who wants to go into their field. To get though you need to look professional and nothing else. You need to act like this is an interview in some sort of way because they are looking at your online resume, that you personally set up yourself so why you put a bad profile picture on there or have something on there that you wouldn't your new boss to know or to see.  The thing with Linkedin is that people want to make sure that they look good that everything seems right and prefect for this new job they could possibly get.
Linkedin just in general is a very beneficial sight to anyone who wants go into a filed, but doesn't know to get a job there or if the job its self have very limited openings. This is where all the connections come together and in away it kind of betters humanity, with people helping each other like this by gaining other people who need it the most helping them look for employment. I feel like this is a good social media site that people should get involved it makes things grow.  So are you Linkedin?
